You Must Change Your Life - 2022- Carbondale, IL

You Must Change Your Life was an installation consisting of a custom built bus stop by Cody Tracy & Andy Beyke. The installation was inspired by Rilke’s poem Archaic Torso of Apollo in which Rilke ends the poem with the borrowed title of the installation. The piece was held in a gallery in Southern Illinois with cyanotypes on muslin, cinema projected clouds, plastic, bed sheets, and audio of the poem being recited by the artist.
