Light & Death 2022’ — Thesis performance at McLeod Blackbox Theater at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for the MFA in Media Arts.

This multi-media performance was based upon the domestic and everyday images of my life that I had been collecting for years. In the theater we constructed three projections screens that looped through a variety of images including a cycle of clouds, instant film, and everyday cinema I’ve been creating during my time in the program. I then invited an audience for a one time performance in which I recited a 35 page poem accompanied by Andrew Beyke & Lucas Tracy who created a soundscape for the performance.
